We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for all our items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:
- Product in its original packaging - Product is unworn - Product has not been washed - Product has not been damaged - No pet hair, smell, or stains on the product - Return the product within 30 days of delivery - Must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) form from our Returns Department, by sending an email to email@example.com. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA form.
Return shipping cost: If you receive a defective product, you can get it replaced, and we will cover the return shipping cost for you. In other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend that you email us the tracking number of the return package.
1. Email us your return/exchange request to get started.
2. After approval, return items with an RMA form.
3. Wegreeco will inspect the items once received.
4. Refunds/exchanges will be processed.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your requested refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, then please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable on the original order. If you received free shipping on your original order and choose to return it, the shipping cost already paid by Wegreeco will be deducted from the total refund amount.

That's why we proudly offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all our products and services. If you encounter any issues within the warranty period, simply reach out to us at email@example.com, and we'll repair or replace your product free of charge.
Only one warranty claim is allowed for each item.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us the same day you order it. We cannot guarantee your order will be canceled once it has been processed and shipped, but we will try our best to stop the shipment as soon as we receive and process your request. We will confirm with you via email whether or not your order has been canceled.
