Dog Diapers

1. How to wash dog diapers?
All our dog diapers can be washed by hand or machine. To wash the dog diaper, follow these steps:

1. Fasten the hook & loop closure to prevent it from sticking to other items and to maintain its stickiness.
2. Turn the product inside out, exposing the white lining fabric.
3. Wash the diaper in water temperatures below 30℃ or 86℉.
4. For drying, either tumble dry on low heat or hang the diaper in the sun (sunlight helps bleach the belly band and remove any remaining stains).
Note: Avoid using bleach or softeners. DO NOT boil or iron the product.
2. How to put on dog diapers?
For male dog diapers:
1. Place the diaper on the dog's waist.
2. Wrap the band securely around the dog's waist.
3. Adjust the hook & loop closure for a proper fit.

For female dog diapers:
1. Open up the dog diaper and identify the front and back. The back has a tail hole.
2. Place the diaper under your dog with the back portion positioned over her tail area. Thread the tail through the hole.
3. Bring the front portion of the diaper up between your dog's hind legs. Adjust the hook & loop closure around her waist for a proper fit.
3. How often should I change dog diapers?
Just like human babies, we recommend changing and cleaning dog diapers as frequently as possible. It is advised to change the diaper at least every 3-4 hours. If your puppy urinates excessively in the diaper, it is necessary to change the diaper more frequently.
4. How to choose the right size for my dog?
1. Don't guess your dog's size. Please measure your dog at narrowest point waist.
2. If your dog is in between sizes, factor in their weight. A heavier dog, go up a size , a skinner dog, go down a size

Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1 business day for processing. Shipping to the continental United States typically takes 3-5 business days. For other destinations and more information on shipping times, please click here.
2. How much does shipping cost?
For orders to the continental United States, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 incur a $4.99 shipping fee. 

For Alaska and Hawaii customers, we offer Ground shipping for $8.99. Orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days. ons and more information on shipping times, please click here.
3. Can I cancel my order or change my address before it ships?
If you placed an order within the last hour and need to cancel or change the shipping address, please contact us immediately. You can email us at customervip@wegreeco.com. Our warehouse processes and ships orders quickly, and we'll do our best to assist you.
4. Can I have my order redirected to a different address? (shipped)

Please note that once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we are unable to update the shipping address.

If the original address provided is valid, the parcel will be delivered to that address. In case you need to make changes, you can contact your local post office upon its arrival to inquire if they can forward or redirect the package for you.

5. Where do you ship from?
Wegreeco has warehouses in both the USA and Asia, and we strive to ship your order from the location that is closest to you. For instance, if you are in the US, your order will be shipped from our US warehouse.

Returns

1. How do I start a return or exchange request?
To submit your return or exchange request, please email us at customervip@wegreeco.com. We will promptly provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please include the RMA form when returning your product to us. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them, and the refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.
2. I've received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We take pride in the quality of our products, and if you receive a damaged or defective item, we want to make it right. Please email us at customervip@wegreeco.com, and we will promptly assist you.

When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name
  3. A detailed description of the damage or defects, along with clear photos if possible.
3. Where should I send my returns?
Once you submit your return request, we will provide you with an RMA form that includes the return address. Please ensure that you ship the item only to the return address provided on the RMA form. Do not ship it to the address on your original package, as it will not be received.
4. When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive the returned package and verify its eligibility for a refund, you can expect to receive your refund within approximately 10 business days.
5. How can I get the refund for my return?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
If you received a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. In other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
